Guarantee Interpretation Policy
The PivotDesk guarantees are limited and should be read exactly as stated.
- The 14-Day Momentum Guarantee is about whether the Sprint buyer completed the sprint checklist, finished the shortlist, identified at least 10 priority contacts, sent at least 10 tailored messages, and scheduled follow-ups within 14 days, but PivotDesk still failed to provide a live, trackable search. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the end of the 14-day period.
- The 45-Day Traction Guarantee is about whether an Advisor buyer followed the plan, attended sessions, sent the agreed outreach volume, and still received zero qualified replies and zero networking or exploratory conversations during the stated period.
- Guarantees do not create a promise of interviews, offers, job placement, compensation outcomes, or any particular response rate.
- Guarantees are not transferable and apply only to the original buyer.
- We may deny a guarantee claim where the required actions were not completed in good faith.
If a Sprint customer upgrades to Advisor during the first 14 days after Sprint access begins, the Sprint 14-Day Momentum Guarantee continues to apply to the Sprint portion of the purchase for the original 14-day guarantee period. The Advisor 45-Day Traction Guarantee applies separately to Advisor according to its own terms.
